NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on January 31, 2012 at 2:15 p.m. at the Main Entrance to the WEBER County Courthouse, 2525 GRANT AVENUE, OGDEN, UT 84401, in the County of WEBER by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Successor Trustee, and Citifinancial, Inc., current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust dated June 30, 2009, made by STEVE RHEAD AND BONNIE E. RHEAD, as Trustor recorded July 8, 2009 as Entry No. 2422669 of official records of WEBER County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of Citifiancial, Inc. by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September 22, 2011 as Entry No. 2542297 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder payable in lawful money of the United States, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances. Bidders must be prepared to tender the purchase price in the amount bid within 24 hours of the sale by cashiers check. The address of the property is purported to be 2277 North 4575 West, Plain City, UT 84404 more particularly described as follows: PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST, SALT LAKE MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROAD 32.7 RODS, MORE OR LESS, WEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK 3, PLAT A, PLAIN CITY SURVEY, RUNNING THENCE WEST 316 FEET THENCE NORTH 100 EAST 69 FEET, THENCE EAST 316 FEET TO SAID ROAD, THENCE SOUTH 100 WEST 69 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. 19-032-0020 The undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address. The record owner(s) of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are Steve Rhead and Bonnie E. Rhead.
