NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the City of Ogden, Utah to annex 15 acres of land contiguous to the corporate limits of said City, which land annexed is generally located at 3024 South Midland Drive, including the O.S.L.R.R. property abutting the property on the south side; declaring the annexation thereof and extension of the corporate limits of said City accordingly; and classifying said land for zoning as Manufacturing and Industrial Zone (M-2). On June 20, 2012, the Ogden City Council received notice of the Ogden City Recorder 's Certification that the petition meets the requirements of Title 10-2-403(2), (3) and (4) of the Utah Code Annotated, or its successor provisions. A copy of the complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, 84401, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. Ogden City may grant the petition and, by ordinance, annex the area described in the petition, unless a written protest to the annexation petition is filed with the Weber County Boundary Commission and a copy of the protests delivered to the Ogden City Recorder on or before July 20, 2012. Written protests may be filed by the legislative body or governing board of an affected entity with the Weber County Boundary Commission, Weber County Planning Office, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, 84401, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
