NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE APN: 01-056-0030 Trust No. 12-00217-8 Ref: Demertrio V. Foti Loan No. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST DATED December 24, 2009. Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded on December 30, 2009, as Entry No. 2502886, in Book 4931, Page 681-688, of the official records in the office at the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah executed by Demetrio V. Foti, a single person, will sell at public auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must tender a deposit of $20,000 in certified funds to the Trustee at the time of sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day, at the office of the Trustee. At the Main Entrance of the Davis County District court, Bountiful Department, 805 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as: Lot 26, Block 6, Irfred Park Subdivision Amended Plat, according to the official plat thereof as recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah. The street address and other common designation, of the real property described above is purported to be: 707 West 3200 South, Bountiful, Utah, 84010. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principal sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.
