DAVIS COUNTY ORDINANCE #3-2012 An Ordinance providing for making technical and language changes to and amending Davis County Chapter 10.12 - Enhanced Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program for Davis County and combining Davis County Chapter 10.12 and Chapter 10.08. Whereas it is in the best interest of Davis County residents to have clean, safe and breathable air; and whereas adoption and implementation of an enhanced Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program is likely to promote the values of clean, safe and breathable air in Davis County. Therefore, be it ordained that Chapter 10.08 of the Davis County Code is hereby repealed and Chapter 10.12 of the Davis County Code is amended and enacted. This ordinance was duly approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on May 29, 2012 with Commissioners John Petroff, Jr. and Louenda H. Downs voting in favor of the ordinance.
