REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PIPELINE VIDEO INSPECTION SYSTEM Syracuse City invites vendors/contractors to submit proposals to provide for the purchase of a complete color camera/ television video inspection system completely installed in a 7x14 tandem axle trailer, ready for operation. The system will be used for the inspection of underground pipe infrastructure assets from a single access point capable of inspecting relined 6 " to 36 " pipes and sewer lines. Proposal packets may be obtained from Syracuse City Public Works, 3061 South 2400 West, Syracuse, Utah, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. or may be downloaded from our website: www.syracuseut.com/Departments/ PublicWorks/PublicWorksInfo.aspx Addendums, if any, will be posted to the city website. These must be acknowledged on the Request for Proposal Form (included herein). Proposals must be submitted to Syracuse City Public Works, 3061 South 2400 West, Syracuse, Utah, 84075 no later than 4:00 P.M. on Monday June 18, 2012. Late proposals will not be accepted.
