INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO OGDEN - HINCKLEY AIRPORT OGDEN, Utah AIP PROJECT NO. 3-29-0024-36 Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein will be received until 4:00 pm MDT June 20, 2012, and then publicly opened and read at Ogden City Purchasing Department, 2549 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401 for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Schedule I Acquire 40-Foot ADA Compliant Aircraft Loading Ramp Copies of the bid documents and technical specifications may be inspected at: Airport Development Group, Inc., 1776 S. Jackson Street, Suite 950, Denver, Colorado 80210 Ogden - Hinckley Airport, 3909 Airport Road, Ogden, Utah 84405 A complete set of bid documents may be obtained from the office of Airport Development Group, Inc., 1776 S. Jackson Street, Suite 950, Denver, Colorado 80210. Requests for plans will be accepted by telephone (303.782.0882), fax (303.782.0842), or email (plans@adgairports.com). Fax and email requests must include contact name, company name, mailing and shipping addresses, voice and fax numbers, and an email address. Questions regarding bids shall be directed to the offices of Airport Development Group, Inc., 1776 S. Jackson Street, Suite 950, Denver, Colorado 80210, telephone 303.782.0882, email Dana Hartshorn (dhartshorn@adgairports.com). Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to Ogden City. Bids may be held by the Sponsor for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as the Sponsor may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
