YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST DATED January 8, 2009. UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE. Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded January 13, 2009, as Entry No. 2384631, of the Official Records in the office at the County Recorder of Weber County, State of Utah executed by SHERI M. BROTHERSON AND BRIAN P. BROTHERSON, AS JOINT TENANTS WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST TENDER A DEPOSIT OF $20,000 IN CERTIFIED FUNDS TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITH THE BALANCE DUE BY NOON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, AT THE OFFICE OF THE TRUSTEE. At the main entrance of the Weber County District Court, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah all right, title, and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the the property situated in said County and State described as: LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A " EXHIBIT "A " UNIT 28, BUILDING H, CONTAINED WITHIN THE EASTGROVE CONDOMINIUM PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AS THE SAME IS INDENTIFIED IN THE RECORD OF SURVEY MAP RECORDED IN WEBER COUNTY IN BOOK 23 OF PLATS, AT PAGE 1 (AS SAID RECORD OF SURVEY MAP MAY HAVE HERETOFORE BEEN AMENDED OR SUPPLEMENTED) AND IN THE DECLARATION RECORDED ON JANUARY 02, 1980 IN WEBER COUNTY, AS ENTRY NO. 799845 IN BOOK 1339, AT PAGE 265, (AS SAID DECLARATION MAY HAVE HERETOFORE BEEN AMENDED OR SUPPLEMENTED.) TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN SAID PROJECT 'S COMMON AREAS AS ESTABLISHED IN SAID DECLARATION AND ALLOWING FOR PERIODIC ALTERATION BOTH IN THE MAGNITUDE OF SAID UNDIVIDED INTEREST AND IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES TO WHICH SAID INTEREST RELATES.
