NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following-described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 19th day of June, 2012, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the Second Judicial District Court, 800 W. State St., Farmington, Davis County, Utah 84025, at 11:00 a.m. on said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by TIMOTHY BYWATER and MELANIE PAGANO, husband and wife as joint tenants, as Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ( "MERS "), as nominee for Axiom Financial, LLC, as Beneficiary, recorded July 20, 2007, as Entry No. 2290542 in Book 4329 at Page 1061 in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah. Said property is located at 899 E. 450 S., Clearfield, Utah 84015, and is more particularly described as: BEGINNING ON THE NORTH LINE OF A STREET AT A POINT NORTH 89 ? 52 ' EAST 768.4 FEET AND NORTH 33 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST, SALT LAKE MERIDIAN, RUNNING THENCE NORTH 89 ? 52 ' EAST 60 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STREET, THENCE NORTH 120 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 ? 52 ' WEST 60 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 120 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. Land Tax Serial No. 12-004-0065. The beneficial interest in said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION by Assignment of Trust Deed recorded on May 6, 2011, as Entry No. 2597854 in Book 5268 at Page 772, of the Records of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah. The record owners of the subject property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are TIMOTHY BYWATER and MELANIE PAGANO. Notice of Default was recorded May 6, 2011, as Entry No. 2597856 in Book 5268 at Page 776 of said official records.
