Proposal information packets may be downloaded from the Ogden City Website located at: www.OgdenCity.com under the Doing Business Tab and then the Bids & Tabulations tab (pdf format) or obtained from Ogden City Purchasing, 2549 Washington Blvd., Suite 510, Ogden, Utah, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Responses to this Request for Proposal shall be submitted to the office of the City Purchasing Agent, 2549 Washington Blvd, Suite 510 (5th Floor) Ogden, Utah, no later than Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 4:00 pm.
