NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That KASEY L. WRIGHT, Attorney at Law, is the Successor Trustee under a Revolving Credit Deed of Trust dated December 26. 2006, executed by ANDREW JAY COONS and JENNIFER DIAN COONS aka ANREW J. COONS and JENNIFER COONS, the Trustors, to secure obligations in favor of FAR WEST BANK, Beneficiary, recorded December 27, 2006, as Entry No. 141745, in Book 542, at Page 312, of the official records of Sanpete County, State of Utah, describing land therein as:
Beginning 113 feet East of the Southwest Corner of Lot 4, Block 28, Plat AA@, Mt. Pleasant City Survey; thence North 81.00 feet; thence East 20.50 feet, thence South 81.00 feet, thence West 20.50 feet to the point of beginning.

Said obligation includes a Promissory Note under date of December 26, 2006, in the original principal sum of One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($162,350.00).
A breach of and default in the obligations for which said Deed of Trust is security has occurred in that Trustor has failed to pay or cause to be paid the principal and interest due on said Loanliner Home Equity System Note and Disclosure Statement amounting to a total delinquency due the Beneficiary as of October 29, 2008, of $112,727.06, plus interest, Trustee's fees, attorney's fees, and costs incurred by Beneficiaries.
By reason of such default, the undersigned as Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust does hereby declare all sums secured thereby immediately due and payable and has elected and does hereby elect to cause the trust property to be sold to satisfy the obligations secured thereby.
