NOTICE OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby provided that pursuant to that certain Order Granting Trustee 's Second Motion for Order Approving Sale of Personal Property Free and Clear of Liens entered by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah in the case of In re Bruce C. Edwards, Case No. 11-26322 on March 27, 2012, David L. Miller, the Chapter 7 Trustee has been authorized to sell all of the right, title and interest of debtor Bruce C. Edwards in all of the contents of the buildings located at 205 and 207 25th Street, Ogden, Utah along with Mr. Edwards ' interest in all of the items located on the adjacent vacant parcel of land known as 2518 Lincoln Avenue, Ogden, Utah, to Jared E. Allen. Further pursuant to said Order, Mr. Allen hereby provides notice that he will accept written claims from third parties who claim an interest in any of the above-described personal property at 541 E. 26th Street, Ogden, Utah 84401. All such claims must identify, with reasonable specificity, any items in which the claimant claims an interest, the nature of the claimant 's interest, and must be received by Mr. Allen on or before May 12, 2012. Received claims will be administered in accordance with the Order. All items for which a written claim is received on or before May 12, 2012 shall remain on the above-described premises until at least May 22, 2012. Unclaimed property will be disposed of.
