THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS GARY SATTERLEE, JACOB SATTERLEE, AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PATRICIA ROBIN HOLMES, Deceased, and/or of BETTY BAXTER, Deceased, who claim any interest in the subject matter of the action:
An action has been filed against you in Second District Court in and for Weber County, Utah. You are hereby summoned and required to file an answer in writing to the Amended Complaint, which is on file with the Clerk of the Court, at the following address: Second District Court, 2525 Grant Ave., Ogden, UT 84401, and to mail or deliver a copy of your answer to Plaintiff's attorney, Sara E. Bouley of Action Law LLC, 2825 E. Cottonwood Pkwy., Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84121, within 21 days after the last day on which this Summons is published in the Standard-Examiner, where it will published once a week for three consecutive weeks, beginning on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 and ending on Wednesday, August 23, 2017. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint. This Summons is served upon you by authority of the Court's Order entered July 27, 2017, which Order is also on file with the Clerk of the Court. The real property that is the subject of this action is located at 2023 North 3700 West, Plain City, UT 84404, in Weber County, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
